Website Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Website Developer Manager responsible for leading the Web/Dev team and managing various web development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for the Web Project Management and Design teams
• Manage the Web Dev Customer Support Team and oversee client communications and billing processes
• Lead training initiatives for new developers and monitor team performance and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development/Design, or a related field
• Strong foundation in programming and web technologies
• Experience in project management or managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant web design coding languages
• Proven ability to troubleshoot website issues and collaborate with development teams
