Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
- Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing
- Support clients during Annual Events and collaborate with Engagement Managers on project status
Required Qualifications:
- Experience independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 and two Phase X implementations
- Minimum of two years as a lead Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant at a Workday partner firm
- Workday Partner Certifications required: HCM Core, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, and one additional module
- Experience troubleshooting and configuring Workday Advanced Compensation
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
