Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support tax compliance activities, including gathering documentation and assisting with tax filings
  • Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and support internal audits and financial inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, with 1-3 years preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in monitoring and tracking tax notices and payments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 10-key ability
