Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Support tax compliance activities, including gathering documentation and assisting with tax filings
- Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and support internal audits and financial inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, with 1-3 years preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Experience in monitoring and tracking tax notices and payments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 10-key ability
