Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle, including month-end close and daily accounting activities
• Oversee payroll accounting and maintain general ledger in compliance with GAAP
• Recruit, train, and evaluate accounting team members while assisting with audits and special projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility
• 3+ years in a managerial role with team leadership experience
• Experience with Sage Intacct and preferably in a non-profit organization
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field; MBA or CMA/CPA is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
