Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Director who will oversee the accounts payable function and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounts payable team, setting performance goals and managing workload distribution
• Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely processing of invoices and vendor payments
• Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations while managing vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles and regulations
• Experience with accounts payable software and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
