Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payroll to oversee payroll functions for over 600 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and review bi-weekly full cycle payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Implement and maintain HRIS and payroll processing systems for accurate payroll transactions
• Supervise payroll support staff and facilitate audits by providing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing and systems management experience
• 1+ years of supervisory experience for payroll support teams
• Certified Payroll Professionals (CPP) or equivalent certification preferred
• Extensive knowledge of payroll functions, including taxes and internal controls
• Proficient with payroll software, specifically Workday and ADP
