Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect revenue from insurance companies for surgical services performed
• Manage credit balances and resolve patient and insurance account issues
• Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on accounts receivable to meet cash collection metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Healthcare denials and appeals experience
• Familiarity with EOB and reading medical policies from payers
• Healthcare experience is required
• Billing, insurance verification, or customer service experience is preferred
