Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Prepare meeting materials and assist with follow-up tasks to ensure action items are addressed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a senior leader, preferably a CEO or executive
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with scheduling across different time zones
  • Proficiency in modern communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoho
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
