Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Director to serve as a strategic and operational leader within the Division of Finance and Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the work of executive assistants and administrative staff, ensuring effective operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the VPFA/CFO's office, including calendar management and executive communications
- Plan and manage division-wide logistics and support for large-scale gatherings and events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management, or related field
- Five years of progressively responsible administrative or operational management experience
- Experience providing high-level administrative support to a director-level position or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and logistics in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
