Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Director to serve as a strategic and operational leader within the Division of Finance and Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the work of executive assistants and administrative staff, ensuring effective operations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the VPFA/CFO's office, including calendar management and executive communications
  • Plan and manage division-wide logistics and support for large-scale gatherings and events
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management, or related field
  • Five years of progressively responsible administrative or operational management experience
  • Experience providing high-level administrative support to a director-level position or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and logistics in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
