Key Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor training completion for compliance with federal regulations
- Complete and track training re-certification and compliance reports
- Assist with non-clinical questions and monitor training compliance reports
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an office setting with customer service or training support
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
- Experience in multitasking and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
