Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist to guide patients through their services using a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Send letters to patients when contact cannot be made and follow up on emails/phone calls until patient needs are met
- Communicate professionally with customers and make recommendations for equipment to improve quality of care
- Document accounts, verify order details, and assist in achieving departmental goals through teamwork
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or customer service roles
- Senior level requires two (2) years of experience and one (1) year in a similar role
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
