Key Responsibilities

• Verify completeness of information upon onboarding customers
• Prepare import documentation to ensure timely release and delivery of orders
• Collaborate with service providers and logistics teams to resolve shipment issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, or U.S. Customs regulations
• Basic knowledge of Excel for data entry and analysis
• 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with complex shipments
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensed customs broker preferred
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business is a plus
