Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile/DevOps Coach (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support PMO in managing tasks and artifacts for projects while transitioning to an Agile mindset
• Establish project controls and develop performance metrics for client services
• Coach teams on Agile fundamentals and facilitate Agile events and meetings remotely

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience on an Agile team in roles such as coach, scrum master, or product owner
• Minimum 1 year working in a pure Agile environment using Jira
• Experience coaching or mentoring personnel on Agile tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
