Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - AI DevOps to lead and expand AI inference operations infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of DevOps engineers specializing in AI inference infrastructure and test automation
• Architect and implement scalable test automation strategies for AI inference workloads
• Drive Infrastructure as Code efforts and ensure operational proficiency for high availability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years leading DevOps/SRE organizations with direct SDET leadership experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development or infrastructure engineering with AI/ML workloads
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code platforms like Terraform and Ansible
• Strong technical leadership in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline development
