Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the enterprise-wide 70/20/10 AI learning strategy
• Build and maintain role-based learning paths using LinkedIn Learning
• Manage digital learning platforms including the AI Hub and Viva Engage

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in learning & development, talent enablement, or instructional design
• Experience managing corporate learning programs at scale
• Familiarity with AI technologies or digital transformation programs is a plus
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
