Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system management tasks, including routine maintenance and upgrades
- Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries and maintain support documentation
- Deliver billable services and conduct system health checks and optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Applications, or related field, or 4 years equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of product/application support experience, preferably in a technical or analyst role
- At least 2 years of experience working with CBORD solutions
- Experience supporting mobile applications is a plus
- Must successfully pass a CORI background check
