Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system management tasks, including routine maintenance and upgrades
  • Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries and maintain support documentation
  • Deliver billable services and conduct system health checks and optimization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Applications, or related field, or 4 years equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of product/application support experience, preferably in a technical or analyst role
  • At least 2 years of experience working with CBORD solutions
  • Experience supporting mobile applications is a plus
  • Must successfully pass a CORI background check
