Application Analyst II - South Carolina

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst II-Business to support its academic, research, and healthcare missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Business Delivery program supporting applications
• Provide proactive and reactive support to operational end users while maintaining a professional attitude
• Participate in team and project meetings, lead designated projects, and assist with onboarding of new hires

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with four years of directly related experience, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience working in PB and/or Epic certification in PB preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills required
• Project leadership experience is necessary
