Application Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Operations Team Lead to oversee infrastructure and application operations in a federal IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 operations for a large portfolio of applications and infrastructure components
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline and production release operations, supporting numerous deployments monthly
• Manage monitoring activities, incident response, and compliance with service-level agreements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or application operations roles, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with SRE frameworks and enterprise operations tooling
• Strong understanding of monitoring practices and public cloud operations (AWS, Azure)
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance are required
