AR Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Specialist to support billing teams in ensuring efficient reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review A/R Aging Reports and follow up on rejections and denials
• File appeals to insurance and submit corrected claims as needed
• Act as the lead communicator between the Customer Success Team and billing teams

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Minimum 1-year experience in an office setting
• Minimum 1-year experience in billing for major commercial insurance and state Medicaid programs
• Experience using billing software and EMR systems
