Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Post Closing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine loan documents and identify required mortgage documentation
• Maintain a pipeline and follow up on aged loans while monitoring investor sites for loan suspensions
• Communicate with internal and external parties to obtain required documentation and address investor-placed conditions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage experience, preferably in Post Closing
• Strong knowledge of investor guidelines and requirements
• Able to work in a high-intensity and fast-paced environment
• Proficient knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Comfortable operating autonomously under minimal supervision
