Arizona Licensed Intake Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Therapist (Arizona License) - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intakes and assessments with K-12 students and their guardians
• Collaborate with other therapists to ensure smooth transitions into services
• Provide culturally relevant counseling and maintain relationships with school personnel and families

Required Qualifications and Education

• Licensed as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) without restrictions
• Must be licensed in Arizona for a minimum of 3 years
• Additional license in specified states or eligibility to apply for one immediately
• Experience with treatment strategies for children's mental health needs
• Proficiency in computer and technology skills, including telehealth platforms
