Arizona Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PM with ERP and CRM - Primarily remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of software-focused projects
• Provide guidance to project managers and support large enterprise software implementations with a focus on technical responsibilities
• Promote Agile best practices and facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies to enhance team performance

Required Qualifications:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven experience managing large enterprise software implementations
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project tracking tools
• Experience managing external vendors, including performance tracking and issue resolution
