Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator - Solar Campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Coordinators in the intake of new projects and verify submission of required documents
- Generate reports from the CRM system and assist with data entry and cleanup tasks
- Communicate with clients to request missing documents, provide updates, and coordinate project milestones
Required Qualifications:
- College-level education preferred; High School Graduate or College Undergraduate Graduate may be considered with strong qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Solar Project Coordinator or in a similar role
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles
