Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator - Solar Campaign.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Coordinators in the intake of new projects and verify submission of required documents
  • Generate reports from the CRM system and assist with data entry and cleanup tasks
  • Communicate with clients to request missing documents, provide updates, and coordinate project milestones
Required Qualifications:
  • College-level education preferred; High School Graduate or College Undergraduate Graduate may be considered with strong qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Solar Project Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles
