Associate Director, Patient Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Patient Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to patients and caregivers regarding the gene therapy treatment process
• Guide patients through the treatment journey, coordinating support services and addressing access challenges
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance awareness and optimize program design

Qualifications

• BA/BS with a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech patient services
• Direct experience working with patients and/or caregivers
• Strong knowledge of payer systems and reimbursement processes
• Proficiency in data analysis and application of performance metrics
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines in the industry
