Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phone Counselor (Remote) in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and address caller concerns effectively
• Accurately collect and enter required caller information while maintaining confidentiality
• Provide exceptional customer service and de-escalate situations with dissatisfied callers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (experience may substitute for education)
• 2 years of experience in case management, crisis intervention, or call centers preferred
• Ability to work weekends and holidays with limited restrictions on availability
• Experience in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Must be able to work effectively in a remote team environment
