A company is looking for a Bilingual Care Concierge to provide remote support to clients in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to clients by accurately answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate care services and appointments, ensuring seamless communication between clients and healthcare professionals
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and care plans

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual experience required - (English and Spanish)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role
• Proficient in the use of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of healthcare services and terminology is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
