A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Solutions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively respond to product/service inquiries via telephone, email, or fax
- Accurately place and process orders according to guidelines
- Follow up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and unresolved customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- High School Diploma or equivalent customer service experience
- Ability to work a schedule of Monday-Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (EST)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) with an average typing speed of 40 wpm
