A company is looking for an O500 Source Document Analyst to support the implementation process for Client Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze prior year source documents across multiple systems
- Provide discrepancy reports to identify issues that may delay client implementation
- Attend team meetings and assist with audits and maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience with administrative capabilities in benefits and customer service preferred
- 2+ years of experience working with matrix partner relationships required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products required
- Ability to manage divergent priorities and client expectations required
