Job Summary

A company is looking for an O500 Source Document Analyst to support the implementation process for Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze prior year source documents across multiple systems
  • Provide discrepancy reports to identify issues that may delay client implementation
  • Attend team meetings and assist with audits and maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience with administrative capabilities in benefits and customer service preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with matrix partner relationships required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products required
  • Ability to manage divergent priorities and client expectations required
