Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS customer success, consulting, or a related role
- Proven project management abilities with excellent organization and follow-through
- Experience managing renewals and expansions, ideally at scale
- Skilled at quickly diagnosing customer issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Strong relationship-building skills across various personas, from day-to-day users to executive sponsors
