Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Marketplace Operations Specialist for the 2025 season.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with Marketplace sellers to resolve order issues and provide support on platform-related questions
- Monitor and improve seller-facing communication and processes to enhance the seller experience
- Act as a business expert for the Marketplace Operations platform and collaborate with leadership on process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a support role
- Strong technical skills
- Experience in building processes and creating documentation
- Ability to provide coaching and feedback
- Experience with Mirakl and Salesforce is a plus
