A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist to oversee equipment servicing and provide consulting services in hardware, networking, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality telephone support and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Document customer problems and escalate unresolved issues
- Sell consulting services and generate revenue from additional work
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in driving revenue from sales of services
- Ability to troubleshoot and configure various hardware and software
- Experience with retail hardware and within a software company is a plus
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed
