Network Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engagement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end provider claims and enhance call quality
• Design and implement programs to build positive relationships between health plans, providers, and practice managers
• Support the development and management of provider networks and identify gaps in network composition

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 2+ years of managed care or medical insurance experience
• 1+ years of experience in a claims, customer service, or provider support role
• Intermediate proficiency with MS programs including Excel and Word
• Intermediate proficiency in oral communication skills including telephone etiquette
