Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming customer calls regarding inquiries, orders, billing, and technical support
- Listen to customer concerns, identify issues, and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with orders, returns, and account management
