A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on customer requests and sales leads to ensure timely resolution and conversion
- Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
- Provide tailored product recommendations by actively listening and connecting client needs to appropriate solutions
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year in inbound/outbound call center and 6+ months of Health plan sales experience
- Active Health License in the state of residence
- Cannot reside in the following states: AK, CA, HI, MT, CO, IL, LA, MA, MN, NJ, NY, WA
- Highly driven and competitive in nature
- Able to navigate technical issues independently with high-speed internet
