Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer requests and sales leads to ensure timely resolution and conversion
• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
• Provide tailored product recommendations by actively listening and connecting client needs to appropriate solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year in inbound/outbound call center and 6+ months of Health plan sales experience
• Active Health License in the state of residence
• Cannot reside in the following states: AK, CA, HI, MT, CO, IL, LA, MA, MN, NJ, NY, WA
• Highly driven and competitive in nature
• Able to navigate technical issues independently with high-speed internet
