  • Familiarity with Zendesk, HubSpot, or other service hub platforms; experience with AI-driven support tools is a plus
  • Ability to communicate professionally with mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a willingness to adapt
