Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, cancel, and confirm medical appointments based on patient preferences and physician guidelines
- Respond to non-scheduling inquiries and ensure accurate routing of calls
- Collect and maintain essential patient registration and insurance information for timely service payment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
- Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with standard office software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
