Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto PIP/MedPay Claims Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Partners with fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve optimal outcomes for claims
• Handles all aspects of auto claims investigations with discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in claims handling (preferred)
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry practices
• Ability to identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Experience in determining subrogation or fraud potential
• Customer service skills to meet client needs effectively
