- Establish strong rapport with members and internal teams, ensuring service continuity and minimizing handoffs
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Healthcare industry work experience is a plus but not required
- Advanced soft skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
