Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor employees
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations and statistical analysis
  • Experience in monitoring customer interactions and analyzing information for business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective multitasking and organizational skills
