Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment
- Proven ability to coach and mentor employees
- Strong knowledge of call center operations and statistical analysis
- Experience in monitoring customer interactions and analyzing information for business decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective multitasking and organizational skills
