A company is looking for a Participant Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retirement plan participants
- Respond to inquiries from retirement plan participants via phone, email, and chat
- Support the Distributions team with participant retirement plan withdrawal requests
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or retirement plan experience
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Desire and willingness to serve clients with empathy
