A company is looking for a Bilingual Concierge Advocate (Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries and concerns via inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of member issues across internal and external stakeholders
- Document member interactions and participate in team discussions to address common issues and trends
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in call center, customer service, concierge, or hospitality roles
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical groups preferred
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including second-shift hours
