Key Responsibilities
- Manage critical customer onboarding projects and timelines
- Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders
- Design repeatable onboarding methods focusing on speed and quality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical project management in onboarding/Implementation or Customer Success roles
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Salesforce, Magento, BigCommerce) is a plus
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Strong academic credentials or experience at a top employer
