Key Responsibilities

• Audit existing billing and collections workflows to identify pain points
• Design a scalable billing process and evaluate suitable billing tools
• Establish reporting and reconciliation processes in collaboration with Finance

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in startup operations, finance, or revenue operations
• Experience implementing billing systems with seamless integrations
• Hands-on ability to design workflows and execute quickly
• Familiarity with SaaS/subscription billing and ability to customize systems
• Strong project management skills and experience working cross-functionally
