Head of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance to build and enhance its finance function as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve a forward-looking financial model and analyze unit economics
• Upgrade finance systems from QuickBooks to a scalable ERP and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage cap table operations, vendor negotiations, and support investor readiness

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an early finance hire in a high-growth company
• Proficiency in driver-based modeling and scenario analysis
• Hands-on experience with finance systems and processes, particularly moving from QuickBooks to ERP
• Ability to communicate complex financial narratives clearly to various stakeholders
• Experience in managing compensation design and workforce planning
