Black Belt Process Improvement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Black Belt Process Improvement Sr. Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers on various business process projects
• Gather and document project requirements and current/future state processes
• Provide project status updates and present findings to all levels of staff

Required Qualifications

• Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt considered with extensive experience
• 5+ years of IT project business process improvement experience or 15+ years with a Green Belt
• Experience working within a PMO and on C-Suite level sponsored projects
• Strong process mapping documentation skills
• Ability to identify and analyze risk mitigation tactics
