Health Actuary Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuary - Health - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision plans
• Perform and review plan ratings and calculate self-insured ratings
• Draft health valuation reports and mentor entry-level analysts

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in health and welfare plans
• Near ASA or ASA credentials required
• Experience in benefit consulting or health underwriting/actuarial functions
• Exposure to Taft Hartley clients is a plus
• Strong understanding of valuation and pricing systems
