Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the front-line team with escalated inquiries
• Building additional tools for the team to resolve issues
• Managing within a ticket system, identifying trends, and developing tools to compensate

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, business, or related discipline preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Application Support
• Ability to look at the backend of applications and fix code when needed
• Intermediate experience/proficiency in T-SQL
• Ability to prioritize and resolve a steady stream of work
