A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the front-line team with escalated inquiries
- Building additional tools for the team to resolve issues
- Managing within a ticket system, identifying trends, and developing tools to compensate
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, business, or related discipline preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Application Support
- Ability to look at the backend of applications and fix code when needed
- Intermediate experience/proficiency in T-SQL
- Ability to prioritize and resolve a steady stream of work
