Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Experience Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update process/product solutions for service and operational teams
• Gather, update, and create requirements and process documentation
• Evaluate processes, perform gap analysis, and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, technology, healthcare, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in service, operations, finance, healthcare, or business analytics
• Proficiency with business and communications software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience creating and executing user acceptance test plans
• Knowledge of agile and SAFE methodologies preferred
