Business Unit Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Unit Director to lead strategic programs and customer accounts with full P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global responsibility for customer P&L, pricing strategy, and revenue growth
• Manage customer relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Drive operational execution, SLA delivery, and team performance across sites

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management
• 8 to 10 years of work-related experience, preferably in Financial or Manufacturing Operations
• Significant previous experience as a Business Unit Manager or equivalent role preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' management experience required
• Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered
