Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Medical Management Operations Teams in non-clinical functions and ensure quality and timeliness of operations
• Manage day-to-day inventory and quality management of authorization requests within regulatory guidelines
• Train, coach, and mentor staff while developing and communicating performance expectations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing, health care, business, or related field
• 4 - 6+ years of relevant professional work experience
• 2+ years of managed care experience
• Supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of care management
